Our apartments are fully furnished with basic furniture and appliance. You do not need to make a contract for electricity, gas and water by yourself because they are ready to be used.

Although most of real estate companies in Japan requires 2 years lease contract, our apartments can be contracted for short term as well.

For those who wants to stay in the room with security!

There are rooms with video intercom and automatic lock in our apartments. Even if you stay for a short time, security in your room is important.


Bilingual staff supports your stay!

If you have a trouble during your stay, you can contact us by call or email. Our bilingual staff assists you in Japanese or English. In the urgent situation, our staff will visit your room and solve the problem.
