Check in / Check out Procedures

Step 1 : Choose your Apartment

Please search apartments from the following pages.

If it is difficult for you find your ideal apartment, please contact us about your request by e-mail or phone. Our English staff will suggest apartments that will suit your needs.

 

Step 2 : Application

Please fill out the application form and submit if you decide to book your apartment. Application form will be sent from our staff by e-mail. A copy of your ID is required at application.

 

Step 3 : Contract and Payment

Contract documents will be sent after the tenant screening. Please sign and return the contract documents.

About the payment, you can pay via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Please choose the way of payment.

 

Step 4 : Check in

Moving-in Guidance will be sent by e-mail after the step 3.

It will be Self Check-in＆out, so it is not necessary to meet us in person to receive a key on your arrival date.
Moving-in Time: Anytime on 1st day of your contract period.

 

Step 5 : Check out

Movig-out Guidance will be sent by e-mail few days before your contract expire date by email.
Moving-out Time: We ask tenants to move out before 7 p.m. of contract expiration date.
