Have you ever seen the rice-planting ? Rice-planting is common in East Asia and we Japanese is also plowing the rice field over many years. We don’t have experience to see it in a city like Tokyo, but we can see and experience it when we visit the countryside. Especially the most beautiful time is the first half of July, and green rice plants are bending in the wind. The gradation of them is so beautiful. The season for rice planting begins around May. We used to plant them by hands so it was very hard work. However, we use the machine to plant recently so it made us much more easier than before.
