1. 高徳院 鎌倉大仏 (Koutokuin-Kamakura Daibutsu)
The big Daibutsu is a symbol of Kamakura. Daibutsu means a great image of Buddha. It is a only national treasure all of Daibutsu in Kamakura and it has value made 750 years ago. However it hasn’t made clear yet when, who and why the Daibutsh has made. This Daibutsu is 11,3 meter tall and 121 tons, so I think you are surprised at that size when you see it the first time.

2. 報国寺(Houkoku-temple)
Here is famous for temple which has Michelin three stars and Fulfillment in love. In the ground, there is fantastic bamboo forest so you can feel Japanese nature and the view would be the most beautiful after the rain. You can see the view while eating on the sitting place when you buy the eating ticket at the entrance. Zazen-meeting is held every Sunday morning so I recommend to breath deeply and spend calm time for your health.

3. 江ノ島電鉄(Enoshima Line)
The name of station is Kamakura high school front. The distance between sea and station platform is very close, so you can see the beautiful see and blue sky while taking a train. Also there is a railway crossing known as SLAM DUNK of Japanese basketball animation. Not only Japanese but also many foreigner visit here to feel the same situation for that animation. Please try to watch SLAM DUNK if you are interested in it !
