＜What to do if your room’s Mailbox opens with a turn dial＞

① Please double check the code for your room’s Mailbox written in your moving-in guidance.

Please follow these steps (we are using the code 339 as an example, but please use the numbers written in your moving-in guidance)
② Example code: 3・3・9:
First, turn the dial to the right (clockwise) and stop when the dial points at the number 3.

③ Second, start turning the dial to the right again (clockwise, the same direction you turned it for the first number, please do not reverse directions at all after the first number) and stop when the dial points at the number 3 again.

④ Finally, start turning the dial to the left (counterclockwise) and stop when the dial points at the number 9. While the dial is stopped at 9, pull the front of the mailbox towards you to open the mailbox.
*If the mailbox does not open, please turn the dial for several full rotations, stop at the number 0, and then try steps ② to ④ again.

① Please double check the code for your room’s Mailbox written in your moving-in guidance.

② After pushing in all of the numbers of the code, pull the front of the mailbox towards you while twisting the dial to the right to open the Mailbox. For example, if the code was 3・5・7, you would push in all 3 of the buttons 3, 5 and 7, and with all 3 pushed in turn the dial and pull towards yourself.
*If you mistakenly push the wrong button, turn the dial to the left (anticlockwise) to reset the buttons and retry step ②.
