等々力渓谷 (Todoroki valley) is the only valley we can visit in Tokyo. There is this valley in the central of a quiet residential area and it is called an oasis in the city. Todoroki valley is known as a healing place we can enjoy the nature. We can enjoy to see cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in fall. Moreover there are also the Japanese garden and cafe to eat Japanese sweets, so we recommend for you to take a walk on weekend. When you walk about 5 min from the Todoroki Station, you can find the stair toward the valley. After you go down the stair, you hear birds singing and feel the fresh air. The green color of leaves is beautiful on June so please visit there this season !
