One of the reasons which some foreigner visit Japan in Winter is “SNOW”.  It is not uncommon that we find them who  enjoy ski or snow board  like Japanese in  the sky area.  In fact, Japan is an area of  heavy snowfall  compared with other countries.
Surprisingly, the area of heavy snowfall designate by government in Japan is around 50 % in our land area.
