Wagashi Kyoshitsu Sakura (和菓子教室 Sakura)

 

 

It is the Japanese-style confectionery making and fresh green tea lesson. It is an Ideal class for customers from overseas because the instructor can explain in English! Of course, Japanese are also OK! In this class, you can learn how to make “Nerikiri”, a representative of delicate and elegant Wagashi. You can make delicious sweets while learning something new about Japanese culture.
The instructors will teach you carefully while showing you a model, so even beginners can make it. The instructor will prepare the dough, so there are no difficult tasks. Even children can make it at ease.
